Symphony Tools provides features to make it easier to manage several social media accounts from one interface, automate certain activities, and coordinate managing and marketing on social media.

Information Collection and Use

  • To perform it's activities, Symphony Tools might request access to your social accounts. This might include your name, email address, a profile picture, status updates, messages, and other details that you explicitly grant access to when you connect your social accounts. Social networks generally present clear messaging explain what data is being requested and you can accept or deny sharing that data when you connect your social accounts.
  • Symphony Tools will use the information it collects to perform it's intended functionality. Such data will not be shared with other parties without your permission.
  • If you visit a Symphony Tools or a Website that uses Symphony Tools features, such as sharing widgets, anonymous aggregate information may be collected.
  • You may occasinoally receive emails from Symphony Tools depending on your email settings.
  • Other users may enter your email address to invite you to join Symphony Tools. Symphony Tools will only use your email address for that specific reason only and will not share it with other parties.

Your Ability to Update or Delete Information

  • Many of the details that Symphony Tools collects about you, such as your name, email, avatar image are pulled from Facebook and are subject to Facebook's privacy controls. You can control how those information are used or displayed from your Facebook privacy settings.
  • If you delete your account from Symphony Tools, or let your subscription expire, your data might be deleted irretrievebly. Some data are deleted immediately, and others after a reason amount of time.
  • If you wish to edit your email preferences to allow or stop receiving emails please visit the Settings section in Symphony Tools. Some critical email types cannot be disabled unless you choose to delete your account.


We use cookies on the Symphony Tools website, and sometimes on certain widgets that users install on their own Websites or blogs.
